Cast

Kathleen Davis Director

Throughout careers as a teacher, concert pianist, and now writer and grandma, the Evergreen Players family has been a constant for Kathleen and husband John since 1966. Kathleen has directed and co-directed many plays and musicals and acted in many more, most recently as Helga the German maid in the 2008 production of Night Watch. These experienced and talented actors make directing A Christmas Carol ridiculously easy. Hi to Marra and Patrick, the third generation!

Bruce Montgomery

Bruce is thrilled to continue to be a part of this Evergreen tradition, now in its fourth year. He was most recently seen with his entire family (wife, kids, and parents!) in the musical Carousel with the Evergreen Chorale. In March 2010, he will remount his role of "Bruce" in The Complete Works of William Shakespeare, Abridged. (Buy your tickets now - one performance has already sold out!). He is also a founding member of EPiC, the Evergreen Player's improv comedy troupe (performance February 5th, 2010).

Gail Montgomery

Gail Montgomery has enjoyed playing multiple characters in Christmas Carol for several years (her husband Bruce would say she plays those characters ALL the time!) She has performed in many musicals with the Evergreen Chorale such as Eliza in My Fair Lady and The Witch in Into The Woods. She was in the Evergreen Players' production Down The Road, an award-winning play at CCTC, and is currently rehearsing the play Parallel Lives with Lisa DeCaro in which she plays over 15 different roles.

Mandi McKibbin Ogle

Mandi is honored to once again share the stage with this talented and accomplished cast. What a gift it is to be able perform this show with dear friends - the Montgomerys, Worleys and Davises - but most of all with her husband and fellow actor, Scott. Mandi runs the Evergreen Players Drama Camp each July here at Center Stage, and some of her favorite roles have been in Picnic, The Secret Garden, and Dearly Departed.

Scott Ogle

Scott is so happy to continue this wonderful holiday tradition on stage. Started back in 1993 at Iowa State University with a professor's original adaptation this chunk of holiday gold has seen college then high school stages and now rests with the Players. Scott directs the theater program at Chatfield Senior High school and is so proud of all the past graduates working out in the field in LA, Chicago and even on Broadway. Scott has directed and acted with the Players in a few shows including, Down the Road, Dearly Departed, Sylvia, and The Complete Works of William Shakespeare (Abridged) which is being remounted in March after a sold out run 2 years ago. Scott is humbled by continuing to live with his talented wife Mandi right here in the foothills.

Donna Worley

Has always wanted to be a ghost and share this timeless script with such consummate actors and dear friends. And thanks Kathleen for being our talented director and guiding this uproarious group to such a professional performance.

P.K. Worley

Has been around way too long and is finally (accurately) type cast as that grumpy old guy. Bah-Humbug! What a treat it is to be working with Bruce, Gail, Mandi, Scott, and of course, my dear wife Donna.
