Cast
Andy Anderson John
Andy is pleased to be working in Evergreen again. Thanks to this wonderful cast and crew, especially Linda and Glenn. You can see Andy next in LITTLE FOXES at the Vintage Theater in Denver. Happy Halloween!
Karl Atkinson Sam Hoke
Karl recently played Tackaberry in the Evergreen Chorale's production of How to Succeed in Business. While he was active in the local theater community some years ago, more recently he has enjoyed the privileged of serving as Assistant Stage Director for Evergreen Children's Chorale shows.
Janelle Christie Blanche
Janelle Christie is happy to be back working at Center/Stage with Evergreen Players. Previous Evergreen performances include "The Boy Friend" as Polly and the title role in "Cinderella". Other favorite credits: Trina in Falsettos (Next Stage), Janie in Not Now, Darling! (Miner's Alley), and Waverly in Recent Tragic Events (Next Stage). Her next project, Shining City, at Miner's Alley in January.
Russell Dale Lt. Walker
After an eight-year stage absence, Russ resplendently returns! A scientist allergic to sciences, he is writing a novel, is a Denver historian and enjoys human spaceflight, blubber, Native American studies, geology, archaeoastronomy, gardening and pondering the mysterious cosmos. Favorite past shows: The Odd Couple, Wit, The Diviners and Homesteaders.
Kathleen Davis Helga
Kathleen is delighted to be back on stage for the first time since playing Ethel in Moon Over Buffalo. Always the roles with strange names. Kathleen is currently the President of the Evergreen Players' Board of Directors, and she and husband John have been active with the group since moving to Evergreen in 1966. It is an honor and a real kick working so hard alongside this cast of artists to bring this script to life. Theater is magic, no doubt about it.
Lisa DeCaro Elaine Wheeler
Lisa received her BFA in Acting from USC, and spent the following decade as a "working actress" in LA. Previous shows with the Evergreen Players: Brilliant Traces (Best Actress, 2007 Colorado Theater Festival), Marvin's Room, Sylvia, Love Letters. Love and thanks to Len and Ella, the loves of her life.
Bob Leggett Appleby
Bob Leggett was last seen at Center Stage as the King in "Cinderella". More recently Bob appeared in Spotlight Theater's "12 Angry Men", "Laughter on the 23rd Floor", "The Tender Trap", and "Caught in the Net". Bob has quietly worked in the Denver area for 30 years. Thanks to Linda, the cast and crew and to you, the audience for supporting live theater.
Sean Maslow Officer Vanelli
Sean returns to Evergreen Players again steadfastly devoted to law and order. He was seen previously at Center/Stage as Constable Warren in Our Town. Sean thanks the fantastically talented cast, Linda, Glen and the entire crew. Special thanks to his wife, Paige, and his sons, Landon and Xander.
Glen Ness Assistant Director
Glen enjoys working behind the scenes with the Evergreen Players. You'll find him lurking in the shadows while involved with lighting, sound, run crew and now as stage manager. Night Watch is his fifth show here and other productions include Moon Over Buffalo and Complete Works of Shakespeare (Abridged). Glen would like to thank everyone for coming and supporting the theater!
Mark Ness Assistant Stage Manager
Mark began cutting his teeth in theater at the ripe old age of 8! Now a back stage veteran of Evergreen Players performances, he's worked on Moon Over Buffalo and I Hate Hamlet. He loves helping with lighting and as part of the run crew.
Michele Wright Dr. Lake
Michele lives in Arvada with her husband Rob and her furchildren. Michele enjoys sticking her nose in whatever the players are doing, most recently- Assistant Director of Wizard of Oz and as a board member. She is excited to be sharing the stage again with Russ Dale after way too long!
