Bye Bye Birdie
Book by Michael Stewart. Music by Chales Strouse. Lyrics by Lee Adams.
Directed by Jan Hart and Jeanene Smith. Music directed by Kathleen Davis.
One of the most captivating musical shows of our time! Set in the late 1950s, this Broadway musical focuses on Conrad Birdie, a teen heartthrob with swinging hips, an angelic voice, and sideburns that are out of this world! He's about to be inducted into the Army, and a publicity stunt is set up with Kim MacAfee, an average teenage girl from Sweet Apple, Ohio, to kiss Birdie goodbye on The Ed Sullivan Show. This show will rock!
