The 9th Annual Evergreen Players Drama Camp 2008
Two one-week summer day camp sessions for boys and girls from 5-18 years old to experience performing in our Center/Stage theatre nestled in the foothills among the beautiful trees. Only 30 minutes from downtown Denver! Questions call:(720) 935-1136.
The final presentation for each class (dates and times listed below) is open to the public (free admission).
All classes take place at Center/Stage.

Anansi's Adventures: morning session
During this exciting, fun-filled week, we will learn about the West African trickster, Anansi the spider! We will turn these stories into a play to perform at the end of the week. Adding in dance, costumes, lights and face paint completes the full theatrical experience!
Instructor Teeny Lamothe has a BFA degree in Theater from Ithaca College, Ithaca, NY. She has been on the staff of Drama Camp for the last 5 years and we are honored to have her on our staff!

The Pied Piper: afternoon session
During this exciting, fun-filled week, we will turn this well-loved German legend into a play! Adding in dance, costumes, lights and face paint we will create the complete theatrical experience!
Instructor Jordan Crozier is an Acting major at the University of Northern Colorado and will begin her senior year in the fall of 2008. This is her second year on the Drama Camp staff.

Peter Pan: Two Week Session!
Instructor:
We will perform a full length play based on J.M. Barrie's famous story of Neverland and the desire to "never grow up." Campers will audition, rehearse and perform a fully staged version of this show in this two-week session!
Instructor Mike Chapin is an Acting major at the University of Northern Colorado. Mike is a certified Improv instructor and is joining us for his 4th summer of Drama Camp.

The "Art" of the Stage: One week only
Instructors: Melissa Marilyn Fowler and Drew Keat
We will choose famous works of art to use as inspiration to write an original play. Campers will write and perform the play themselves!
Melissa Fowler is a state certified Theatre teacher. She has worked as a full-time Theater Director at both Wheatridge High School and Dakota Ridge High School. We are honored to have her teaching Drama Camp for her 6th summer!

Teen Triple Threat

Instructor: Stephanie Lynn Prugh
Singing, acting and dancing! A wildly popular session which challenges each camper to be the ultimate performer: a TRIPLE THREAT. Our instructors help all our teens stretch their abilities and perform better than they ever have before!
Instructor Stephanie Prugh is a graduate of the University of Colorado at Denver department of theatre arts. She has performed roles in numerous theatre companies in the Denver area including a company that she founded herself. Currently, she works as a dance instructor and is a competitive ballroom dancer.

Registration Policy
If you find that you are unable to attend, you can receive a 100% refund if we hear from you prior to May 31st. A 50% refund is available after this time. There is a minimum number of students required for each session in order for it to run. If a session does not reach the minimum required, refunds will be made in full. There will be a $25 charge for all returned checks. You will receive an initial confirmation once we receive your payment.
